Over The Phone

Call 0844 888 4414 Our phone and online booking service is provided by Ticketline. Commission and postage fees may apply. Tickets booked through this service are provided on a “best seat” availability. We are unable to sell tickets over the phone from the venue or the Engine Shed and LPAC Box Office.

In Person

Visit the box office at LPAC or Engine Shed from Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm, and one hour before performance start times. Seat selection is available when booking in person.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Please ensure all tickets purchased are for events you are able to attend.

Payment Methods

All ticket outlets accept credit/debit card and cash. Please note: Transaction fees apply per ticket when purchasing with a credit/debit card from the Engine Shed and LPAC Box Office or LPAC Event Box Office.

Parking

Now easier and cheaper!
You can now buy your parking and theatre tickets together, when booking tickets in advance. Exclusive reduced rate of £2 LPAC parking for advanced bookings only.

University of Lincoln pay and display car park is open to the public from 4.30pm on weekdays and all day at weekends.

If you choose to buy your parking ticket on arrival, regular parking rates apply. Pay and Display machines are located throughout the University of Lincoln car park.

Parking is also available at St Marks car park opposite the Brayford Campus, Ropewalk entrance.

Seat Allocations

LPAC operates reserved seating for all events. Specific seat allocations are provided for each ticket provider. Should your chosen ticket provider be unable to provide you with the specific seats you require please contact the LPAC enquiry line for assistance on
